Jobs: Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Write clean, unit-tested code with an eye towards performance and maintainability
Analyze requirements, wireframes, and APIs of related applications to propose integration solutions
Assist team in decomposing user stories into tasks, estimating the effort, and planning sprints
Work with team leads to identify and address project impediments
Strive constantly to improve the health of our applications with forward-thinking code improvements, process refinement, and new tooling

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Have 1+ years development experience
Experience with server-side application development in PHP using frameworks like Symfony, Cake, and Zend. Similar experience with Python or Javascript is also acceptable.
Solid expertise with open web standards technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including jQuery and other libraries
Experience with databases like MySQL and/or MongoDB
Appreciate great design and thrive in a creative environment
Remain communicative and clear under tight deadlines
Have strong personal organization and attention to detail
